Clean and contemporary, ZonaGardens provides quiet and cozy rooms and suites in Civano, an award-winning community located in southeast Tucson at the base of the Rincon Mountains.

Civano is located 20 minutes from downtown, the airport and the Valencia technical corridor and 10 minutes from the University of Arizona Technology park, yet only 15 minutes from the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert at Saguaro National Park.

When entering Civano, you will notice the beautiful landscaped streets with Sonoran native plants, friendly porches, and narrow streets, making the community perfect for long strolls and quiet evenings. Civano also strives to preserve the environment by reducing water and electricity use. ZonaGardens is in the home of Scott and Deirdre Calhoun. Both work fulltime but provide a fully stocked kitchen for self-catered breakfasts. Scott is a full-time garden writer and consultant with his office located on the main floor of ZonaGardens. Deirdre is a teacher at the Civano Community School.

On the main floor of the ZonaGardens home, you can use the common kitchen, dining area, living room, as well as the laundry facilities (at no charge). The kitchen is outfitted with basic kitchen items as well as breakfast supplies for you to make your own breakfast. We provide cereals, muffins, bread, bagels, seasonal fruits, coffee, tea, milk, and orange juice. Breakfast is self-serve.

All rooms have access to high-speed internet, through wireless or cable.
